Well to this, take a quick snapshot of the size you’d picked up last time or snap that picture of the perfect colored shirt you saw. After a couple of washes the tag of your denims will fade and you lose the opportunity to save it, instead snap it and save it for future reference.
#2 GIVE A BRAND NEW LOOK TO YOUR WHITE SNEAKERS

What you need – Old toothbrush, toothpaste, water and wet wipes
- Take an old toothbrush and some water and toothpaste.
- Put some paste on the brush and dip it into water to slightly wet it.
- Gently rub along the area to be cleaned.
- Now wipe it away with wet wipes and there you have your super shiny seemingly new sneakers.
#3 DEAL WITH CREASES THE RIGHT WAY
Don’t have the time to iron your clothes but are fed up of creases? An easy way to get rid of wrinkles is to put your shirt in the dryer with some ice cubes and run it on its hottest setting. As the steam rises from the ice cubes it freshens up your shirt leaving it crease free. Just be careful to go easy on it with only 2-3 ice cubes and maximum 2 shirts or a shirt and pants. Also your girlfriend’s hair straightener will come to the rescue in case of creased collars or cuffs.
#4 GET RID OF THAT DEODORANT STAIN
Sprayed a little too much of your favorite fragrance that it stained your shirt? No worries, take a pair of denims or any piece of a denim cloth and rub it vigorously on the stained area. After a few minutes you’d see the stain disappearing. Then throw your shirt for a regular wash. It’ll come out clean and fresh as you’d wanted.
#5 CONDITIONER OVER SHAVING FOAM
The last bottle of your shaving foam just got over? Need a trim and no time to run to the market? Try using your conditioner or coconut oil. Not only is it easily available and handy but it’ll leave your skin softer than before and will keep it hydrated for long.
#6 MOISTURIZER INSTEAD OF HAIR GEL
Tired of how hard your hair become after using a hair gel? Or your hair doesn’t set because of the minimal amounts used? Try replacing your hair gel with a moisturizer. It’ll keep your hair more intact and also soften them. A pea sized amount should be good to go.
#7 TIRED OF PILLING
The sweater that was your girlfriend’s favorite is now a victim of pilling? Worry not as your razor is more useful than you think. Take an old razor with its blade in a usable condition. Gently rub over that sweater and get over that pesky problem of yours.
#8 A LITTLE TOO HAPPY HIGH
Last night at the party you laughed so hard at your own joke that you spilled over that red wine on that gifted shirt? Well then next morning try dabbing a cloth into white wine and rub vigorously on the stain. It’ll slowly disappear and then throw in your shirt for a regular wash.
