2 – You Are Not Well Hydrated:
Drinking water can provide you with energy and keep you fresh. If you are drinking less than 8 glasses a day, you may feel down and tired.
3 – Going To Bed Late;
Even if you are getting an afternoon nap, sleeping late will still make you tired and groggy in the morning.
