Police Found Presumably Dead Man Living In The Bushes

A man named Ricardas Puisys took the police officers from the Cambridgeshire Constabulary by surprise by appearing before them in sound condition after five years. The Lithuanian man had gone missing after September 26, 2015. It led the police officers to open up a murder investigation in his case. Ricardas has snapped himself from the world deliberately to survive.

Murder mysteries have always intrigued souls around the world. They put in their might to unravel the threads of the enigma and blow the covers off the truth. However, some of the mysterious prints do not come up all clean in one go owing to the missed bits and parts. To their delight, time manages to illuminate the dark phases. Following a similar suit, a man named Ricardas Puisys has stunned the police officers.

Ricardas Puisys used to work for Nightlayer Leek Company in Dean Drove, Chatteris. The Lithuanian man was rendering his services to the food production company through an agency. But he was not at peace at there. He was going through immense trouble and toil of time to ensure his survival. In August 2015, the police officers came across a report citing his exploitation.

Turning their fears into reality, Ricardas Puisys went missing after his last shift at the place on September 26, 2015 (Saturday). The skepticism started to build up when he did not make his way to work on September 28, 2018. The police officers from the Cambridgeshire Constabulary put their sleeves on to trace Ricardas Puisys. They went through bundles of files, checked the cameras and whizzed his acquaintances.

To their dismay, they could not put their hands on his whereabouts. Thus, they launched a murder investigation into his case after they failed to stumble across him. They held on the thought that he had been killed after his shift. But they could not bring the investigation to a halt. Thus, Ricardas Puisys’ disappearance became a puzzle for police officers.

They had almost given up on the hope to reach the roots of the case. However, heaven broke the monotony for them. After five years of his disappearance, they got the news that the man was alive and living in bushes in the Wisbech area.

They drove to the place to find him in sound condition. They came to know that the man had snapped ties with the outside world deliberately to ensure his safe survival. Not just that, he did not catch up with anybody all those years.

Sensing threat to his life, the officers brought him under their protection. They have begun to put the details to test to unveil the bits of exploitation.

Taking on the case, Detective Chief Inspector Rob Hall, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit shared, “For almost five years Ricardas’ disappearance has been a complete mystery. That was until we received information at the end of June which led us to finding him. Following a search of wooded area in Harecroft Road, Ricardas was eventually found living in undergrowth, very well concealed after having deliberately hidden and having not spoken with anyone for some time”.

Adding to that, he said, “He is safe and we are working very closely with him to ensure he remains safe, but also to ensure he gets the support he needs after having lived through extremely difficult circumstances during the last five or more years”.

The team has pressed on the accelerator to come up with the bits.
